- The Promoter
The promoter is: GRIDSERVE UK OMM Limited, Units 9 & 10 Westerngate, Hillmead Enterprise Park, Swindon, SN5 5WN (GRIDSERVE). - The Promotion
2.1 The title of the promotion is “London Gatwick Employees discount” (Promotion).
2.2 The Promotion provides eligible participants with:
a 15% discount on the publicly advertised contactless charging rate at the Gatwick Electric Forecourt®; and a 10% discount on the publicly advertised contactless charging rate at all other participating GRIDSERVE locations designated as Promotion Sites in the GRIDSERVE App (together, the Discount).
2.3 The Promotion will run, and the Discount will be available, from 24 August 2026 to 31 December 2026 (Discount Period).
2.4 The Promotion and the Discount are available only to eligible London Gatwick Airport Employees and may only be used for charging personal vehicles and company/fleet vehicles operated by them.
2.5 The Discount is available exclusively through the GRIDSERVE App and will not apply to charging sessions paid for using contactless payment methods.
2.6 Please note the Promotion only applies to charging services on sites on the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway which are shown as available for the Promotion in the GRIDSERVE App (Promotion Sites), and not to other purchases made on GRIDSERVE premises, or charging services at any sites shown in the GRIDSERVE App which are not Promotion Sites.
2.7 The Discount may not be combined with any other GRIDSERVE promotion, offer, discount or incentive unless otherwise specified by GRIDSERVE.
2.8 Any purchase of charging services is also subject to (i) the GRIDSERVE Charging Terms and Conditions and (ii) the GRIDSERVE Mobile App Terms and Conditions. - Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who:
(a) are employed by London Gatwick Airport;
(b) are UK residents aged 18 years or over; and
(c) register for the GRIDSERVE mobile app (GRIDSERVE App) using an email address with the domain @gatwickairport.com.
3.2 The Discount is available only for charging sessions initiated and paid for through the GRIDSERVE App between 24 August 2026 and 31 December 2026.
3.3 If a London Gatwick Airport Employee begins a charging session before the expiry of the Discount Period and the charging session ends after the expiry of the Discount Period, that charging session shall be deemed to have occurred within the Discount Period and the Discount shall apply. Charging sessions initiated after the expiry of the Discount Period will not be eligible for the Discount.
3.4 A London Gatwick Airport Employee will be notified via email and the GRIDSERVE App once the Discount is active in their GRIDSERVE App account.
3.5 A participant must remain employed by London Gatwick Airport throughout the Discount Period. If a participant ceases to be employed by London Gatwick Airport, they will no longer be eligible for the Discount and GRIDSERVE may withdraw the Discount with immediate effect. - Data protection and publicity
4.1 GRIDSERVE will only process personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and providing charging services in accordance with its Privacy Notice, available at https://gridserve.com/legal-our-privacy-policy/. - General
5.1 By paying for charging services using the GRIDSERVE App during the Discount Period, a London Gatwick Airport Employee agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If GRIDSERVE reasonably believes that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, fraud, misuse or abuse of the Promotion, GRIDSERVE reserves the right to withdraw the Discount with immediate effect and recover the value of any Discount applied.
5.2 GRIDSERVE reserves the right to withhold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion and/or the Discount where it becomes necessary to do so, including where such action is required as a result of events or circumstances beyond GRIDSERVE’s reasonable control, or due to operational, technical, regulatory, security or commercial reasons.
5.3 Whilst third parties, including Tusker, may assist with marketing or promoting the Promotion, all eligibility, activation and administration of the Promotion are managed by GRIDSERVE.
5.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
