1. The Promoter
The promoter is: GRIDSERVE UK OMM Limited, Units 9 & 10 Westerngate, Hillmead Enterprise Park, Swindon, SN5 5WN (GRIDSERVE).
2. The Promotion
2.1 The title of the promotion is “Carwow Leasey Customer Discount” (Promotion).
2.2 The Promotion consists of a 20% discount (or the next round penny, whichever is more) off the publicly advertised contactless rate for the relevant GRIDSERVE charge point at the time a vehicle leased from Carwow Leasey Limited is charged (Discount).
2.3 The Promotion only applies for Carwow Leasey Lessees (as defined in clause 3.1 below) for charging of the vehicle which such Carwow Leasey Lessee is leasing from Carwow Leasey Limited.
2.4 Please note the Promotion only applies to charging services on sites on the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway which are shown as available for the Promotion in the GRIDSERVE App (Promotion Sites), and not to other purchases made on GRIDSERVE premises, or charging services at any sites shown in the GRIDSERVE App which are not Promotion Sites.
2.5 Any purchase of charging services is also subject to (i) the GRIDSERVE Charging Terms and Conditions and (ii) the GRIDSERVE Mobile App Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who:
(a) sign an electric car lease agreement with Carwow Leasey Limited (company number 13601174) between 16 September 2025 and 15 September 2026; and
(b) register for the GRIDSERVE mobile app (GRIDSERVE App) using the same email address provided to Carwow Leasey Limited when signing their electric car lease agreement; and
(c) pay for charging services using the GRIDSERVE App during the period of twelve months starting from the end of the first full month after they sign an electric vehicle lease agreement with Carwow Leasey Limited (Discount Period). By way of example, where a lease with Carwow Leasey Limited is signed in September 2025 the applicable Discount Period would be 31 October 2025 to 30 October 2026. For the avoidance of doubt the start and end month of a Discount Period will be unique to each individual; and
(d) are UK residents aged 18 years or over who hold a valid UK driver’s licence (Carwow Leasey Lessees)
3.2 If a Carwow Leasey Lessee begins a charging session before midnight on the last day of their Discount Period and the charging session ends after midnight such charging session will deemed to be within the Discount Period and the Discount will be applied. Charging sessions which start at 00:00 on the last day of a Discount Period or later will be disqualified.
3.3 A Carwow Leasey Lessee will be notified via email and the GRIDSERVE App once the Discount is active in their GRIDSERVE App account.
3.4 GRIDSERVE reserves the right to remove the Promotion for any Carwow Leasey Lessee where the Discount is used when charging a vehicle that is not the vehicle such Carwow Leasey Lessee leased from Carwow Leasey Limited. GRIDSERVE shall not exercise this right where the Carwow Leasey Lessee can demonstrate that the alternative vehicle was a temporary vehicle whilst their main leased vehicle was in for maintenance.
4. Data protection and publicity
4.1 GRIDSERVE will only process personal information as set out in the Privacy Notice https://gridserve.com/legal-our-privacy-policy/.
5. General
5.1 By paying for charging services using the GRIDSERVE App during the Discount Period, a Carwow Leasey Lessee agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, GRIDSERVE may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to charge the Carwow Leasey Lessee the difference of the discounted amount.
5.2 GRIDSERVE reserves the right to withhold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
5.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
