1. The Promoter
The promoter is GRIDSERVE UK OMM Limited, Units 9 & 10 Westerngate, Hillmead Enterprise Park, Swindon, SN5 5WN (GRIDSERVE).
2. The Promotion
2.1. The title of the promotion is: “Markham Vale limited-time launch price” (the Promotion).
2.2 During the Promotion Period (as defined in Section 4), eligible customers who pay for charging services using the GRIDSERVE App at Markham Vale Electric Forecourt® will receive a Promotional Price of 49p per kWh (the Promotional Price).
2.3 All Purchases are subject to (i) the GRIDSERVE Charging Terms and Conditions and (ii) the GRIDSERVE Mobile App Terms and Conditions.
2.4 A Promotional Price may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Where you have access to another promotion or offer for charging services on the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway during the Promotion Periods, the promotion giving you the lowest purchase price shall apply.
3. Eligibility and Exclusions
3.1 The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who hold a valid UK driving licence.
3.2 The Promotion is only open to customers who make a Purchase using the GRIDSERVE App.
3.3 Customers who are GRIDSERVE Plus subscribers or who are otherwise eligible for partner, subscription or other customer-specific discounts or benefits may participate in the Promotion. However, the Promotional Price is a standalone promotional rate and no further discount or benefit will be applied to it that would otherwise be available to such customers.
3.4 Customers who receive fleet benefits are not eligible for the Promotion.
4. Promotion Periods
4.1 The Promotion will last from 00:00 GMT on Monday 29 June 2026 (the Opening Date) to 23:59 GMT on Friday 31 July 2026 (the Closing Date). The Promotional Price will only be applied to Purchases made within this period (the Promotion Period).
4.2 Purchases made before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
4.3 For the avoidance of doubt, if a charging session begins before midnight on the final day of a Promotion Period and ends after midnight, that charging session will be treated as having taken place within that Promotion Period and the applicable Promotional Price will be applied.
4.4 Charging sessions which start at 00:00 on 1 August 2026, or later, will be disqualified.
5. Data Protection
5.1 GRIDSERVE will process personal data as necessary to administer the Promotions and apply the Promotional Prices, in accordance with its Privacy Notice.
6. General
6.1 By making a qualifying Purchase during a Promotion Period, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Where GRIDSERVE reasonably believes that these terms have been breached, GRIDSERVE may charge you the difference between the applicable Promotional Price and the standard price for the relevant charging session.
6.2 GRIDSERVE is not responsible for any technical malfunction, system failure, network interruption, charger fault or other issue that prevents a Purchase from being completed or the Promotional Price from being applied during the Promotion Period. In such circumstances, GRIDSERVE is under no obligation to apply the Promotional Price retrospectively.
6.3 GRIDSERVE reserves the right to withhold, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotions where necessary.
6.4 These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
