FAQ

There are a few reasons why a receipt may not appear on the receipt portal immediately after a charge session:

  1. It can take up to three days from the time of a charge session for a receipt to be processed and become available in the receipt portal.
  2. If a contactless payment app such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay was used, the last four digits of the virtual account number need to be entered. Please do NOT enter the last four digits of the debit/credit card number in this case.
  3. If you have used a fleet card such as Allstar, you will need to contact your card provider for a receipt.
  4. There may be an issue with the receipt portal. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Support team at Contact us or speak to a live agent here between 6am and 4pm.

GRIDSERVE Customer Support are here to help with any other queries or issues you may have.

Yes, you can sign up to get a digital receipt every time you charge with a particular payment device. Firstly, you must go through the process of finding your receipt and then you can sign up for all your future charges on that card or virtual account number.

To find your receipts please have the following information to hand:

  1. Last 4 digits of your card or virtual account number
  2. The location of your charge session
  3. The date of your charging session

If you used a smart device (mobile phone/smart watch/contactless ring), when using our receipt portal, you must provide the last 4 digits of the virtual account number on the device. When a transaction occurs with a payment app on the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway, we only receive the virtual account number, not the linked debit/credit card.
