GRIDSERVE partners with RAC to offer drivers three months’ GRIDSERVE Plus membership

GRIDSERVE has today partnered with the RAC, the UK’s leading driving services company, to offer its electric vehicle (EV) customers three months’ free access to GRIDSERVE Plus, the charge point operator’s membership service designed to make EV charging more affordable and rewarding.

Redeemable exclusively through the myRAC app, GRIDSERVE Plus provides drivers with 25% off EV charging across its nationwide network of 200 ultra-rapid charging locations, which cover the vast majority of motorway service areas.

Alongside this permanent price discount, GRIDSERVE Plus members benefit from a continual stream of seasonal perks that are launched throughout the year. Currently, all GRIDSERVE Plus customers receive a complimentary barista-made coffee with every charging session at participating GRIDSERVE Electric Forecourts, although previous offers have also included free EV health checks while charging or complimentary Dog-E-Bags for four-legged friends.

The collaboration forms part of GRIDSERVE’s continued focus on enhancing the EV charging experience, combining meaningful cost savings with added value and convenience.

While GRIDSERVE Plus typically costs £7.99 per month, this partnership gives RAC roadside assistance members the opportunity to experience the class-leading service in a free, three-month trial. After the trial, memberships will automatically roll into a paid subscription unless cancelled, which customers are able to do at any time.

The promotion is available until 30 June, 2026, and is open to UK residents aged 18 and over who are myRAC members and hold a valid UK driving licence. To redeem, customers must access the offer via the myRAC app and complete a short registration form.
