Audi entered the electric car leasing market with the e-tron; the brand’s very first fully electric vehicle, released in 2019. This mid-sized EV is designed to offer complete comfort on longer journeys, and includes all the classic Audi features you’ve come to know and love: spacious interiors, quality craftsmanship, ample storage, and a smooth ride.
Despite being a fully electric model, the e-tron boasts the same recognisable Audi aesthetic, making it difficult to distinguish from the traditional iconic models.
Ultimately, the Audi e-tron is the long-awaited solution for anyone wanting the spaciousness, smooth driving experience, and confidence that comes with a classic SUV, without all the gas-guzzling downsides.
Key highlights
Although the e-tron was Audi’s first venture into EV leasing, you wouldn’t know it. It’s managing to keep up with the newer additions to the growing e-tron range – like the e-tron GT – thanks to a number of key highlights that are keeping it a firm favourite for car enthusiasts. These highlights include the high voltage battery for impressive driving range, LED headlights, intelligent navigation, and a full suite of driver-assist tech. This includes 360-degree parking sensors, rear view cameras, and lane departure warnings.
Of course, like other models in the Audi e-tron range, this EV is 100% CO2-free. You can drive it with confidence knowing that you’re doing your part to protect the environment and reduce emissions.
Performance & range
The Audi e-tron is powered by two electric motors that take the car from 0-62mph in less than 6 seconds. The EV can be charged at home, or on-the-go at more than 200,000 charging points across Europe, and can reach full charge in just 50 minutes. The expected driving range is 252 miles on a single charge. Audi’s calculator provides more accurate data based on factors like conditions and driving style.
