Planning your event
Our Electric Forecourts® have hosted test drive events, media launches and dealer training days for major manufacturers from BYD to Porsche, and from Kia to Polestar. Our expert team will help you plan the perfect event for your brand and build a package that suits your budget.
What we offer
Each venue features a range of indoor and outdoor digital screens and internal and external vehicle display areas. These areas are available for individual events or for on-going promotional messaging.
We can provide exclusive use of charging bays at our Electric Forecourts® to ensure your electric vehicle event fleet is kept topped up.
Each Electric Forecourt® offers a premium lounge with internal vehicle display areas, ideal for hosting clients and important guests.
Private meeting rooms are available at selected locations for more intimate discussions or presentations. Each space is fully equipped with built in AV equipment and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Our Electric Forecourts® are open to the public every day and offer premium food, beverage and convenience retail options from Costa Coffee and Little Fresh. These retailers are readily accessible to provide light refreshments for all on-site event guests, while tailored catering can also be arranged.
