GRIDSERVE, the UK’s nationwide electric vehicle (EV) charging operator, and Radius, a leading fleet fuel and mobility solutions provider, have announced a new partnership that expands access to GRIDSERVE’s ultra-rapid charging network for a potential 500,000 Radius EV charge cardholders.
Now live, the integration enables Radius customers to use their existing RFID charge cards to access any of GRIDSERVE’s 200+ ultra-rapid EV charging stations, including its Electric Super Hubs that cover approximately 85% of the UK motorway network and its award-winning Electric Forecourts.
Radius manages fuel expenses and mobility solutions for UK fleets of all sizes, and this partnership underscores both companies’ shared commitment to accelerating the UK’s transition to zero-emission transport, while ensuring drivers and fleet managers have the infrastructure and financial tools needed to make the shift successfully.
Speaking of the partnership, Andy Higgins, EV Network manager at Radius, said: “Fleets across the UK are under increasing pressure to decarbonise, but they need practical solutions that don’t add complexity. By bringing GRIDSERVE onto the Radius platform, we’re giving our customers access to the best known, nationwide ultra-rapid charging network and making it even easier for them to charge on the routes they rely on most, all through a single card and a single invoice. It’s a major step in helping businesses electrify with confidence while maintaining full visibility and control over their mobility spend.”
Rebecca Trebble, Chief Customer Officer at GRIDSERVE, added: “We are really excited about this partnership with Radius. Businesses need charging that is superfast, reliable and easy to access – particularly on major routes. These are the core strengths of the GRIDSERVE network. We deliver superfast EV charging with exceptional reliability in the best roadside and retail locations, giving fleet operators the confidence to electrify at scale.
