Electric vehicle drivers visiting GRIDSERVE’s award-winning Norwich Electric Forecourt this half-term will be able to enjoy an even more seamless and supportive charging experience, with the help of leading electric vehicle specialists Cleevely EV Mobile.
On Friday 13th and Friday 20th February, Cleevely EV Mobile’s highly trained electric vehicle mechanics will be on hand to provide complimentary vehicle health checks, carried out while customers’ cars are charging at any one of the 22 x 350kW-capable chargers.
The initiative builds on Norwich Electric Forecourt’s reputation as one of the UK’s flagship EV charging destinations, providing super-fast chargers alongside high-quality amenities, premium facilities and knowledgeable staff.
Cleevely EV Mobile is a respected name within the UK EV sector, known for its trusted technicians, deep technical knowledge and customer-first approach to electric vehicle servicing and maintenance. Thanks to this collaboration, GRIDSERVE customers now have access to this valuable resource, providing inspections on battery health, brake pads, tyre pressures, suspension and steering, wipers and fluid levels. And all without extending their stop or disrupting their journey.
Kirsty Tarbuck, Head of Customer Experience, said: “Norwich Electric Forecourt has been recognised as a leading destination for EV charging, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance that experience even further. Partnering with a highly regarded specialist like Cleevely EV Mobile allows us to offer something extra for these days during half-term; expert reassurance, delivered effortlessly while they charge. It’s a great example of how we continue to raise the bar and make EV charging easy.”
Matt Cleevely, Founder and Managing Director of Cleevly EV Mobile, said: “We’re as passionate about electric vehicles and sustainability as GRIDSERVE, so we’re proud to be supporting the Norwich Electric Forecourt during the half-term period. It’s true that electric vehicles require much less maintenance than combustion-engined equivalents, but it’s still important to ensure those maintenance checks are taking place, especially when you’re travelling with precious family cargo.”
EV drivers are encouraged to visit the Norwich Electric Forecourt on Friday 13th and Friday 20th February, both to enjoy an award-winning charging experience and take advantage of the complimentary electric vehicle health check. Throughout half-term and beyond, customers also have access to free WiFi, lounge seating, rentable office pods, Costa Coffee and convenience food provided by COOK and Little Fresh, while younger visitors can stay entertained by completing GRIDSERVE’s ‘Play as you Charge’ mobile quiz game to unlocks prizes.
